Baxter was good but, IMHO, nobody betters Maj Oliver Stewart who was the commentator long ago....
I used to avidly watch Farnborough on telly from about 1957 and remember one day Raymond Baxter saying how the Farnborough controllers were so clever managing to 'launch' one display aircraft just before the previous one landed.
Little did I know then that from 1974 to 2008, I would be doing that myself!
