I personnaly put the gears after flaps full at latest as possible as dragging the aircraft fully configured in level flight is painful to watch.
Not a good practice. If you have to Safer to take the gear and delay full flap. If you forget the gear you will get GPWS Too Low gear below stabilisation height of 1000ft resulting in a GA. Both gear or full flap require extra 5% N1.
