Google for how to MANUALLY setup the service on your phone or computer, it did the job for me and never had an issue again after struggling with many different services. Exactly the same here, and posted this whilst using it, have never had an issue with VPNs, Skype, FaceTime, and latterly whatsup by using the setup method as described.
