Kadara, when I was there Base transfer wasn't an option for casuals. Only if they applied for FT and got it, then served the waiting period.
as for reserve, it wasn't so bad. You just had to be contactable. You weren't tied to home lime you are with some airline's.
The best part was the 2 hour min call out. Hopefully it still applies. Because if you were prepared, you could sit reserve at the beach during summer
