Or maybe the sim sessions, where everything is done by rote and no understanding of why they are doing the procedure. Or how about the CRM training? You know, they talk about it, but it's not actually practiced, or even understood.
We could go on and on......but you get my point.
Have you personally experienced or witnessed any of the above?
