API won’t publish adverse publicity about themselves and thanks to Prune anyone considering the API product can get a more balanced insight.
Have a thorough read of the Appeals Procedure: I think you’ll find it amounts to window dressing at best : effectively & practically cuts off any future claimants right to legally pursue a claim through the court system.
More pertinent a question is why the Terms and Conditions which are intrinsic to the API product/ agreement no longer available?
