Safe to assume that's the Companies intention, yes. How that looks, is anyone's guess, but a combined seniority seems to be a popular rumor.
Of course, I'd personally advise anyone (who's in a position) to join the Links ASAP regardless. Once you're an ATR/Q300 skipper then worry about the next step. Until then, it's all good experience.
