I doubt any EK FA's would have the gumption to break rules like that.
less to do with "gumption" and more to do with being smart enough to know it's not worth the hassle for a cheap laugh perhaps?
On hard landings, it was easy to tell when the pilots had recently converted from a smaller, high wing turboprop to a swept wing jet like a 717... they used to put it down very... firmly for the first week or two... my chiropractor loved em, kept him in business! 😉
another time we had a zinger into Sydney on the A380, I jokingly asked the FO where was the kangaroo. "What kangaroo?" He said. "The one you were trying to miss"
... Got an earful for that from the purser, turned out though a bird hit the windscreen right at the wrong moment so they put down harder than intended... so I wasn't that far off... haha
