It wasn’t supposed to be helpful. It was supposed to highlight that both Polish and Romanian people deserve a basic level of respect like everybody. Reflected amongst all the things by capital letters in nations’ names or correct spelling. There is plenty of online dictionaries which can help in that matter.
Somehow the gentleman above didn’t forget a captal letter in the word France. It says a lot.
