Next step will be an invitation to an Assessment Centre for sim evaluation etc. You will then need to travel to Dubai for the group exercise etc. I have heard of a few occasions when all elements of the interview can be completed at the Assessment Centre though (South Africa being one). It is possible to go directly to Dubai and complete everything there over two or three days. This may be a more economical option if your nearest Assessment Centre involves significant travel costs.
