I'd say a consultancy fee is also payable for their advice.

Yes, I'd be curious to hear how all that works. The flight times are regulatory and not negotiable by some agency. Maybe they're just casting a wide net at 1,000 hours to catch some people who, in about a year +/-,
WILL have 1,500 hours and then be eligible ? But one year can see a lot of changes.
And why would one need an agency in this situation ? Haven't Aussies done rather well dealing directly with the airline ?
