Neo, we had a contract with AGIP, a S76 out of NAF base for about a year, I think in 2013, we had to stay overnight at AGIP base. And way back in the late 1980'S we had a contract out of Agip base with two S76A for AGIP energy. Bill Vaughn and The Ginger pilot that ended up in QC.
I think that, as the former Base Manager, that NEO knows what he is talking about. I believe it is a technicality and that BHNL weren't in a full contract but using short term work orders.....
