According Indonesian regulations you can fly 110 hours monthly or 1050 annually. But the company is adding airplane faster than they can produce pilots. So go figure... they will ask your help to fly as they don’t have pilots.
Strange then that they stopped expat Capt recruitment before Easter.......
I assume the local FOs had another cycle of making a fuss about foreign Capts and demanding upgrades at 1000hrs! (Sarcasm in that 1k figure but seemingly not far from the reality....)
