I called API and ask why the Term and condition removed; they said Term and condition are for the credit card pay which is being tested now and when we can pay with credit card they will be on that page because there specific to the credit card. The Rules are still on the website under Rules and I check and they are. Not everything is conspiracy.
The complete agreement includes of the Terms & Conditions so there is a legal requirement to publish the terms and conditions alongside.
