Thanks for posting the accident report. Very sobering reading. Blatant disregard of the restrictions placed on the aircraft during its test-flying phase and the use of a prop with a very dubious history.

I hope the PFA is more diligent these days.
As I read the report, it says that the PFA did everything right, but the manufacturer and pilots disregarded a number of the conditions in the Permit to Fly. Should the PFA have been monitoring the actual flights more closely?
