I'd guess that a U.S. B-737 FO would make more than a CX 777 FO as well, for example:
A fifth year 737 FO at Southwest makes $155 an hour according to APC.

And, these are credit hours, not flight hours. With work rules (remember them?) you almost always have more credit hours than you actually fly even in short haul flying. Also, as discussed on other threads here, the Deltoids got some good profit sharing checks this time as well.
