you can include the time for ATPL issue up to 100 hours I think.
But don't included it for total time for anything else. If you do you will have to strip it out for CV purposes.
Similarly to PIC time you can add amounts in for license issue PICUS and there is another one. But once your past all that stuff people are only interested in true PIC time.
Your better to keep all the different types of logging separate then add then together if declaring hours. If you add them together at the beginning your going to have to go back and split them apart again at a later date. Which will make a mess of your paper log book.
Your best to run a paper and electronic up until you get your ATPL after that its personal choice.
