I would try some of the northern/eastern Europe medium sized operators. Or UK Loganair / Eastern airways.

From what I have seen of our cabin crew you might be in for a bit of a shock with the training being a pilot if you going to do the full monty And to do a solo day your going to have to do the line training as well.

Actually.. AIS in the NL run CC on their JS32's in Sweden which will just be shut the doors do the safety brief and put up with the noise, no service to be bothered with.
