Email address for helisurface permit application?
Morning fellow rotorheads. I need to renew my French helisurface permit but both email addresses I have found just bounce back and the prefecture website appears to be unavailable! Does anyone know of a workable email address I can use for this to save having to revert to snail mail in 2018...? The addresses which have failed are:
