Airlines in Asia seem to have developed a desire for these no accident / incident reports. As most regulatory authorities don’t routinely provide them the burden has been moved to the individual airline. Seems to be a worthless piece of paper as I’m sure it’s possible to get a friendly mid level manager to provide on company letter head.

Dont they trust the quality of their Training and Checking dept anymore?
