Nope! upgrade from second officer to first officer about 2/3 years then another 4/5 to Captain according to performance. In other words when you join you get 2 stripes and maybe 4 stripes 7 years later. 120 rule means combined age in flight deck cannot exceed this. If you left 2 years ago expect to go through whole process again.
