Monday and Friday are not the most important days, they are the busiest leisure days, but I've said this before the IOM needs frequency at a reasonable price, not an LCC Taking the cream off on the two busiest days of the week and leaving the route otherwise woefully underserved.
The IOM economy and business on the IOM needs frequency, it's the biggest thing spoken about in business circles, of course the leisure and VFR market love easyjet and don't see the problem, but the Isle of Man economy is in decline and connectivity, or lack thereof, is a key reason for this.
I totally agree eastern and their prices/product are wrong for the route, but I do think an ATR operator offering a daily service, maybe twice daily on thenpeak days would be a far better option for the island.
Likewise with london, but I don't want to hijack the BHD thread (just realised this isn't the IOM thread) but it's a point worth noting
