Can`t imagine the CAA are not aware..Most of the complaints via social media outlets are depressingly the same..lack of customer service, ignoring refunds, EU261 claims not acknowledged and left to their own devices when flights are cancelled (frequently).
Yes - none of our well-established UK airlines would dream of acting in this way....
