Further to my last, we hired two cars from a well known international (but not the 'leader'
) company in Pisa to drive up to Florence.
I forecast problems on return and took photos. Wash my mouth out - they were excellent with no difficulties whatsoever and didn't even complain about our CDW insurance.
I think it all depends on the people who have the franchise.
