I have tried to find out where y'all can get "Aerodynamics for Airline Pilots."
I found a "flightshop" link in Denmark with this email address:

The book costs 382 DKR ('bout 45$).
Surely it will be expensive to order it from Denmark, but if any of you have a special interest (or an employer who would pay for it
), it's really worth every penny.
