The wind limits are not restrictive enough imho and I’ve been operating as Commander into FNC for over 10 years. I suspect the report from the “experienced pilot” advising the limits are removed is biased and based on a hidden agenda. What’s his/her background? Madeira resident? Portuguese for sure.
