Awesome scheme, full credit to Aer Lingus for running this fully funded again. I imagine it will be extremely competitive, which in a way shows how removing financial barriers gives airlines a much larger pool to choose from. Flying a mix of short haul and trans-atlantic on the A321-LR's would be one of the best pilot jobs in Europe IMO.

Well they've stated that training begins in November and first round of interviews are late July. I imagine they'd want to give out offers to the lucky few by mid-September at the latest to allow for notice periods. In previous year I believe there has been a further interview and medical in Dublin after the first interviews, so I guess that would be in August. All guesswork on my part though....
I.e €200 beer money.
That's a lot of beer!
