No, there isn't! This is the bottom of a page from Rumours and News on my PC:

No "Go" button which used to take me back to the sub-forum Table of Contents.
IBJoel, the screenshot of yours above is what the old site looked like, with the current sub-forum shown, with the Go button right beside it. That does not exist on the new site pages.
