The only difference I see is the educational requirement. This from the new web site:

"Have a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)."

Any documentation available showing what percentage of AA new hires in the last 5 years don't have a college degree ?

Here's a suggestion: Stop ignoring the legions of civ-only-background street urchins who'd sell their soul to work for AA. Currently, they're only 9% of AA's total new hire intake.

The desperation in this new web site doesn't jive with AA's hiring history.
