It is such a shame and it’s unfortunate that the traveling public or the public thinking of booking won’t understand that really this is all out of primera’s control
Hmm - is planning to operate brand new aircraft of a type that you've never flown before on brand new routes from brand new bases totally out of Primera's control? Is the lack of contingency such as the availability of replacement a/c out of Primera's control?
