While I agree his tone is friendly & welcome - it’s like apologizing to our passenger for a ground delay of three hours at origin AFTER we reach the destination.
It should have been done on or before 16th.
No matter how hard they try - they still can’t get the simple things right.
He deserves a chance for sure. But I wonder if he realizes all his Mulligans will be burned if this Pay review is not up to par.
