There was me thinking that if I知 flying VFR and I enter IMC I知 in breach of the rules. Now you池e telling me I知 not in breach of the rules because I知 not flying VFR or IFR, and that痴 why we need a new rule making it an offence to fly neither VFR nor IFR. Brilliant.
