Never having done an aptitude test, I used SkyTest to become familiar with the test as I hate not preparing for important tests. I wouldn't recommend practising too much on SkyTest as they are similar looking yet work differently so you don't want to get too comfortable with it - basically, expect differences in SkyTest and Pilapt.
I do highly recommend looking at many different cadet blogs for their experiences with Pilapt and that might build up a picture of what to expect better and perhaps some good tips to take note of -
research is essential I say.
I also recommend using a flight simulator with a joystick. This may help with flying through the boxes and deviation indicator.
