Jetgo ceases Tamworth-Brisbane route after competition from Fly Corporate
So Jetgo finally bows to the inevitable. Brisbane-Tamworth was never a smart choice for Jetgo, especially with the limited schedule they offered. It's much more suitable for FlyCorporate's 340Bs and decent frequency.
I suspect Jetgo is struggling for passenger numbers on a few routes. Their one positive surprise packet is Wollongong-Melbourne, where they're struggling to put enough seats into the market.
It will be interesting to watch how this business model pans out.
