Gray - Totally agree but when he makes a statement along the lines of then it needs to be pointed out that he is incorrect when it comes to segments of commercial aerial photography.
We're not talking about segments of commercial aerial photography here, and I wasn't either. These are tourist flights. They need to be managed differently.
