How at 41%? It's how surveys work. So some of the questions are geared towards your view of management which tend always to go low. Others such as "do you get along well with your workmates", tend to rate high.
At Qantas, nearly all the safety questions achieve high marks, even by disgruntled employees. So you add them all together through standard formulas etc... and it comes out at 41%.
Sorry, I should have said "how could it possibly be that high?"
