Seems getting Jet2 was one of the best things to happen in recent times. I know there are a host of other airlines that are starting too, but Jet2 have been the real headline grabbers growth wise.
Thanks to the collapse of Monarch hitting the MAN figures, it seems STN has a real good shot of getting the 3rd largest airline place. Even though they are the same Airport group, will be a real shame for MAN but at least they can have solace that it’s a situation that was beyond their control and probably would have remained 3rd had there not been over 1.5 million seats taken out of the equation....
