I think you will find of the 46 per day, most are aviation, mainly because ATC have to submit inane "incident" reports on the most trivial things. e.g. Having QFA933 and QFA923 on freq at same time, some controllers are submitting incidents listed as Possible callsign confusion. You could then have multiple controllers in different submitting the same incident. If they think it could lead to an incident, why don't they follow the change callsign examples in AIP to avoid the possible incident. There are plenty more examples at this level of stupidity.
