If KLM move to BFS then we would expect any other potential Air France/KLM Group routes and airlines to be operated from BFS as well. That would include Air France, Joon, Transavia and Transavia France. However, it would not necessarily mean that all Skyteam airlines would choose BFS over BHD. There is no need for airlines in the same alliance to operate to the same Belfast airport, because no one would be connecting between Skyteam services in Belfast. Also worth noting, when Brussels Airlines commenced BRU-BHD back in 2016, fellow Star Alliance member United was operating from BFS.
Not neccesarily KLM serve Bristol and Cardiff other KLM/Air France airlines don't serve them. Same with LBA and SOU and LCY.
