Suggest you go and read Simon Calder's book "No Frills". There's a chapter in it along the lines of "So you want to start an airline?" which sketches out some of the basics (aircraft selection, route selection, financing, etc.). Very basic, but I think that's where you're at, or - no offence - you wouldn't be posting the question here.
