The EASA ATO paper would have to state that your training has covered each of the 8 items required by 61.55(b). In addition, note that those items have to done in the previous 12 months.

See if you can get your Director of Training or Chief Pilot to sign a letter stating "RY has completed ABC Airline's training program on XYZ aircraft on whatever date. This training included:" and then list the eight items in 61.55(b).
