If that doesn't help, hit the windows key, and type settings then hit return.
That should open the general Windows Settings.
Choose "Colour & High contrast" from the menu, and check "Apply Colour Filter" is not on.
Sometimes it turns itself on (not sure why, and it is rare, but it does happen).
