JOTA or Jota?
A quick look at their website doesn't throw any light on this at all. When you get into the website it's headed JOTA Aviation (mixed case) and on the side of the pictured plane it's JOTA Aviation again. However, all the way through the site it's referred to as Jota. So, if the company doesn't even know itself, I'm sure that both are equally acceptable.
