Well, we have plenty to moan about, so nothing against the SAA pilots. We simply don't trust our management to deal ethically with any issue that provides them an opportunity to divide our pilot group. Regardless, your colleagues would be well advised to stay away, not because they wouldn't be welcomed by the pilots here (no problem with that), but because they would be royally screwed over by CX management, and the lifestyle would be hellish (just ask our present freighter pilots).
