As there are no diversion-origin airports mentioned I would assume that the roughly 1,100 'missing' pax were from, and in some case to, those airports. I suspect that the re-routed LCY-DUB-LCY flights are included in the 7,421 pax shown but LUX and the others are obviously not itemised as such.
It's strange that for many previous months all the diversion passengers were listed under their respective departure airports. I remember asking one year ago whether these figures are arrivals and departures. Now none seem to be listed specifically under airport names.
