Hello MD600Driver,
Why do you want / need a UK EASA licence?
You will find that all EASA licences are as valid as one another, so your French / Spanish / Italian (or wherever) EASA licence, and medical are as valid as a UK issued EASA licences. The only difference is that when you undertake further training, and/or revalidations/renewals you will need to apply to your respective issuing authority (ie: French DGAC rather than UK CAA).
However - guidance on Change of State Of Licence Issue (SOLI) can be found: here:
https://www.caa.co.uk/Commercial-ind...te-or-licence/ for medical and here:
http://publicapps.caa.co.uk/docs/33/...e09enabled.pdf for licence.
Please note that if you hold a German issued licence, you will not be able to get your medical records transferred due to their data protection act - but I think there is a way around that.
I hope this helps!
