Thomas Cook have used (and continue to use) third party ACMI operators during the summer programme. They’re cheap. They also don’t provide the same level of service to the customers as the company would like so, in an attempt to improve things they’ve hatched the idea of doing their own ACMI, in house. Decent jets and lovely shiny uniforms, paint and
PR.
They also see it as an opportunity to do it even more cheaply stil. Cheaper than SmartLynx, cheaper than Avion. Maybe even cheaper than Small Planet.
Make sure you understand the Ts & Cs before joining (post them here for all to see). There are almost certainly better paid opportunities out there.
