Four Seasons
Having flown in and out of Four Seasons I know of the £1000 deposit you mention too. Apparently the reasoning behind the strict noise procedures are due to a owner pilot who, while on approach overflew the neighbouring farm at low level a few years ago causing the farmers daughter to be thrown from her horse, paralysing her. Understandably the hotel has had to deal with very anti helicopter neighbours ever since. Still not helpful if your looking for somewhere to fly in and have lunch.
