I have an outstanding claim against Emirates for this exact situation for a flight leaving out of Amsterdam; 24 hour delay in reaching destination due to missed connection.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to pursue this through NL regulations? I am British. I assume I can't use the UK small claims court as it was a flight from AMS?
