May be wrong, but I believe that the Anon Blurb in red is more of a disclaimer rather than a rule.
What IS written in the PPrune home page is:

PPRuNe started out as a hobby but has grown into an organisation dedicated to providing the ability for anyone with an interest and something worthwhile to say, a platform directly to the people who make the aviation world go round. More relevant to read that (above) with respect to JM and Flipsters inputs than the red stuff at the foot of this page....perhaps? But again, that is simply my opinion.
